Sejung Consultants is an Indian company co-founded in New Delhi by a Korean CPA and a former Lotte E&C expatriate who set up the company's India entity himself. Our Delhi team keeps your books and monthly reports, our partner Chartered Accountants handle audit and tax, and your head office in Korea deals with one team that speaks Korean.

인도 법인 관리가 어려운 세 가지 이유Three things that make an India entity hard to run from Korea

언어와 보고 형식Language and reporting format

현지 장부와 신고서는 인도 기준과 영어로 작성됩니다. 본사가 보고 싶은 형태의 월별 자료는 따로 만들어야 합니다.Local books and filings follow Indian formats in English. The monthly view your head office actually needs has to be built separately.

서로 다른 회계연도Different financial years

인도는 4월–3월, 한국 본사는 대개 1월–12월. 연결결산과 감사 일정을 두 달력에 맞춰야 합니다.India runs April–March; most Korean parents close in December. Consolidation and audit timing have to work on both calendars.

현지 CA와의 소통Working with the local CA
